Bad Defcon!! Naughty Defcon missing another update day. I know, I’m sorry, although it looked like I was slacking off and not giving you guys an update yesterday I did infact update the gallery software, and the forum software, and a few othe plug ins that the site runs off. So I was a busy boy, so busy infact that I plain forgot to give you guys an update.

But as usual I will try and make up for it today with the dirty dozen here. 12 posters, all added to the gallery over in Artwork and Posters, but here on the main page as well for you viewing pleasure.

Quite a selection I think you will agree. Well this made a small dent into finishing off the poster marathon however I could do another 2 updates this big and probably still not be complete!!!

In other news I have had some luck recently on the big car boot sale that is eBay so expect to see some interesting finds in the next few weeks as they come in. Tomorrow I hope to be able to give you guys some hardware too look at, in poster form and real life form so please come back tomorrow to see what I have for you.

Well first things first. Sorry for not updating yesterday, so much for my non stop marathon hey. To make up for it I have 6 posters for you to look at today.

So these are your basic shop advertising posters, nothing too special, however there are some less well known games in that little lot there. Obviously there are still more posters to come, I doubt I will ever see the end of these things. You never know I might just spam them all up in one go soon.

Now onto the title of this post, Busy Weekend Ahead. Its a Bank Holiday weekend here in the UK this weekend and I expect to take full advantage of it. First there will be a little bit of site maintenence going on so if you visit and the site is down please do not be alarmed. Hopefully some of this maintenence should go towards making the site a little faster and maybe add some new features.

Also I am going to begin going through my full games collection and photographing the individual games, I have to alphabetise it first as I have been very lazy recently and let it get a little out of control. But that happens easily when you have over 1400 games to sort out.

And finally I have picked up Age of Conan today so I am gonna take a look at that as well, I knowthis is not really important but it is going to be a part of my busy weekend, that and eating, and maybe some sleeping, might mow the lawn as well, possibly take a little stroll. Oh what a wonderfully adventurous life I lead.

Hey hey guys, its that time of the day again when the little ones have gone to bed and I can finally get round to throwing an update your way. And today I got a tiny little something for you.

First off lets get the posters out of the way shall we? Here we go another 3 from the collection, surely I must be running out soon.

Now I know that AtariBuff has shown you Legend of Kartia already in his poster section, so I thought I would just sneak it in to this update today. But I have given you a really nice Grand Theft Auto 2 poster and a Rally Cross 2 poster as well to make up for it.

And now onto the little something special, I have two game demo discs for you to look at.

So yes they are not two ordinary demos. First we have a copy of the Resident Evil 2 demo that came with the Director’s Release of the first game. (Which you can see in the What’s Hot Or Not section at the top of the homepage), don’t worry though I didn’t split up a full release of this game, Lady Defcon managed to find this one loose.

Now another Lady Defcon find, the Suikoden 2 Demo. This demo even comes with a small instruction manual which you can also see pictured. This demo is usually packed up along with Vandal Hearts 2, however once again this one was found loose.

Well there’s ya lot for tonight, tomorrows update may be a little later than usual but I will endeavour to get some more posters up for you.

The makers of this update would like to reassure readers that no complete PlayStation 1 games were hurt in the making of this update.

So its the big game tomorrow night, where English football comes to face to face on a Moscow battlefield. The fans have been given special visa allowances as long as they have tickets to the game, warnings have been spread about being drunk in and around the match, and the media hype machine is has already been adding fuel to the already volatile fire.

Tomorrow night the two best teams in England (allegedly), Chelsea and Manchester United fight it out to be crowned Champions of Europe and quite frankly I couldn’t give a toss about it. Football just ain’t my thing but it has been a massive part of the PlayStation 1’s history. From Fifa Soccer 96, through to ISS, and on to Actua Soccer, and the various football management games, the PlayStation 1 has always had a football game somewhere in its top 10 chart. There are countless country variants with different European managers fronting various brands. Seriously the football list goes on and on, and maybe the Stat Machine that is AtariBuff might even be able to provide us with a comprehensive list of football games on the forum.

But from me, a little something to celebrate this triumphant night for English football. First some posters for you….

This thing is packed full of goodies for even the most hardcore of football fans. There are photos, a music cd, a vhs tape, the list goes on. Seriously those French really did enjoy winning that World Cup.

Well I hope this small update marathon is keeping you guys interested, if there is anything you guys would like to see then please say so. One of my favourite PlayStation games is Syphon Filter. The game really opened my eyes to 3rd person shooter type games. While not being totally action packed and fast paced, it did allow for excitement throughout, and included some nice puzzle and tricky stealth-em up sections. The story held together well throught he series and altogether had me coming back for more each time a sequel came out.

So with that it makes me smile when I can manage to bring you a poster update with just Syphon Filter posters alone, and not only that but they are all double siders.

Obviously the last one is my favourite as it is different than your standard poster. As usual these are all stored along with the other posters in the Artwork and Posters area of Other Stuff.

Now one last thing, Resident Evil 1.5. From looking at the sites hits over the past month or so it would seem that my previous post on this, reporting the news about the PlayStation Museum’s find, has a lot of people stumbling over to the site. I can only assume they are looking for the link to the museums page about it, which has since been taken down.

Well for those people I thought I would do you a favour and link the youtube video playthrough the PlayStation Museum did at the time when he was allowed to play it.

Hopefully this will satisfy your Resident Evil 1.5 needs.

Well I am feeling crap at the moment, I have been attacked by that most awful of illnesses, the common cold and it has filled my head full of snot and given me the shivers so I am not going to do much talking tonight. Instead I am going to let the posters do the talking, and as a special surprise I am given you some double sided posters to look at.

An absolutely diamond find here. Legend of Dragoon itself is highly sought after and highly priced. Well here is the press kit version. Thankfully I did not have to remortgage my house to get a hold of this one (I got Lady Defcon to buy it instead ).

Well there you go, 3 really nice finds and really quite rare finds. I have not actually ever seen another This Is Football press kit anywhere, only 1 other Medievil 2 press kit, and maybe 2 Legend Of Dragoon press kits however they were highly priced.
